Sanofi is a pharmaceutical company that provides a very large portfolio of established products, that no longer pertain to their promotional plan. As consultants, we were hired to assist them in reactivating certain promotional campaigns of these products. Our suggestions and direction pushed us to regroup these products within broader categories, along with putting together a concise analysis of the market they lived in.
